Key Responsibilities
IT Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Support user account management, system updates, and backups.
- Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk requests promptly.
Development Assistance:
- Assist the software development team with testing, debugging, and documenting code.
- Help maintain and update internal systems and web applications.
- Support version control processes (e.g., Git) and assist with deployment tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to product improvement discussions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Desirable (Optional skills)
- Experience with WordPress, Laravel, or any web development framework.
- Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Exposure to software version control tools (Git/GitHub).
