Job Summary
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing property pricing across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and PriceLabs. This role involves ensuring competitive pricing strategies, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining alignment with market trends and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

- Manage and regulate daily and seasonal pricing across Airbnb, Booking.com, and PriceLabs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and occupancy data to recommend dynamic pricing adjustments.
- Ensure all listings reflect accurate rates, discounts, and minimum-stay requirements.
- Monitor property performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rates) and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support teams to ensure pricing aligns with property availability and quality standards.
- Conduct weekly and monthly revenue performance reviews and prepare analytical reports for management.
- Identify and address pricing discrepancies or errors across all channels.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Stay updated on hospitality pricing tools, trends, and policies related to Airbnb and Booking.com.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or data analytics (preferably within the hospitality or short-let industry).
- Proficiency with PriceLabs, Airbnb, and Booking.com dashboards.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data and make informed pricing recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and deadlines.
